Bad Service

MTN at Jabulani Mall have been very unhelpfull to my aunt. Money was ****** from her account by fruadsters who swapped her number. All the bank wants is a letter confirmation from MTN that during that time there was a sim swap done. She has gone to MTN Jabulani Mall on several times and nothing has come of it.

The last time she went to MTN Jabulani Mall the regional manager was there and he told the staff that my aunt saves her money with FNB not MTN there is nothing they can do for her.

The bank cannot assit in giving her money back all because MTN refuses to give her a letter.

Thats makes me wonder if the MTN staff is working with these fruadsters.
