Bad service

I went to Mtn shop 101 in wonderpark pretoria on the 23rd of November 2022 to sort out my sim card issues i have as i have been hacked using my mtn sim card. Firstly i went to the store and found two guys talking whereby i thought they would aknowledge me but they continued with their conversation. I went to them and greeted them and asked if they have promotions on prepaid phones the answer was no, and was told they dont sell prepaid phones. Okay i went to the bank as i first wanted to get a new phone incase my phone is also hacked, apparently a sim swap was done on my mtn number and i only noticed that on friday that my messages and calls were not coming through. when i returned to the store i approached one of the cosultants i didnt take her name and explained my situation the guy named kagiso shakwane rep****( this is the same guy who told me they dont sell prepaid phones only contracts) as i asked how can a sim swap be done without being asked security questions he said mtn has now introduced a self service whereby a sim swap is being done without being asked those questions and he is certain that i received an sms because when a sim swap is being done the sms would pop whereby i would authorize or decline the sim swap to be done. I told him i didnt receive any sms but kept on saying i received it. Okay then he said the person who did all this is someone who knws me and the lady i approached said "maybe your boyfriend" i rep**** that i dont leave with my husband he works away, and the guy said maybe neighbours i said to him i leave in an area where i dont speak to my neighbours and mind u all the questions are being asked without checking on the system, i got irritated as i was not being helped but speculations were going on and on. I said to him please stop speculating and try to get me a sim swap or advise as i am not sure if i will be able to get my number back. He said to me" since well you said i am speculating rather dont explain what happaned and just do a sim swap . I rep**** how do u say that to a customer he said" you know what even if you want to do a sim swap i will not assist you since well you say i'm speculating. It went on and on and i lost it and told him what he's doing is completely ******* as i could no longer take the disrespect and mind you the store manager was there. Because i told him i'm going to report him he even gave me the store number with confidence and attitude and then i asked for the manager he pointed her out she was at the counter typing on her pc she witnessed one of her staff member arguing with a customer and continued doing whatever she was doing which makes her managerial skills questionable. She lost money to her competitors whereby i bought 2 phones because of the service i was offered. I have been with mtn for almost 17 years and i have never been treated this way or even complain about a staff member. Some lady came to my rescue and asked me come through so she can assist i forgot to take her name, she checked on the system only to find out that it was not a sim swap my number was ported to a different network, i just want to say thanks to her may she continue to do what she does. Our economy is not doing well whereby people are struggling to find jobs while others are being retrenched and then u get people like kagiso who dont appreciate what they have , its sad. As for the manager she needs to get her house in order her staff dont respect her.
