Good Day,

I took a month to month contract with MTN (Uncapped Home router) for R429 through Mondo. I had this contract for about 4 months, then on the 26th of August I received a sms saying I have been migrated to a package for R269 which I did not sign up for. Nobody from MTN or Mondo team gave me a call to authorize this. So this was *****ulently done on the profile. How is it now when I am querying this nobody can give me answers. I have been to the Mtn store and was told to call Mtn call centre, Mtn tells me that it's not them it Mondo Team and Mondo tells me it's Provantage. SO WHO THIS THIS MIGRATION! without my authorization. I need answers please.
