Bad Service

I was at MTN in Musgrave Centre in Durban yesterday bought a phone cash then asked for insurance from the Sales person while in the middle of that the sales person makes a personal call which took about 5 minutes keeping in mind am waiting i had to tell time is money then has he resumed to assist me his previous client walks in now all of a sudden these no network he tells me take the phone don.t insert the sim card i will call you once it registered since yesterday am the one whose been doing the calling and the phone rings or it dropped or if answered am told he will call me and still these no network on the simcard hows that for service .
