Bad review for MTN South Africa, they don't even deserve one star,they must get no stars infact poor business ethics.

I've been a client of MTN for many years ,over 20 years... I used to be able to take up to 200 worth of extra time,now it's R3 at a time,which means in order for me to buy a gig I have to buy 4 x R3 extra time,for every R3 rand I take I must pay back R1.10c which is ridiculous,other people that are not long with MTN can actually take up to 300 or more extra time,I used to take 30 - 60 at a time ,I only have one option for R3 ,I don't know why and it's a ******* when I pay back ,also I won groceries for a year,that's R500 x 12 ,which is 6000 in total which they preferred to give 500 every month ,some winners got all 12 vouchers and some didn't get all including myself! I received 7- 8 and 2 of which was apparently redeemed at the very shoprite I went to go buy groceries from, the cashier's told me decline for both vouchers,it was confirmed by MTN but yet I had to leave my groceries embarrassed at the till everyone looked at me as if it's my fault and causing the que,it doesn't make sence as I didnt get the groceries as ShopRite says it's declined,after MTN told me I decided okay just leave it , assuming the cashier's or someone working for mtn must have redeemed the voucher their selves,I let it go ,till date I've been begging them for the balance of my vouchers which is 4 x Grocery vouchers at R500 each,which they normally sms,I asked multiple times on Facebook and via email for them to do the rightful thing for every winner it's not fair,they ignored me after telling they will come back to me in 48 hours every third day I keep reminding them to please update me giving them my details and name to please check their system now they ignoring me and my emails,MTN does not keep up to their policy,they are not a good business anymore they are ******** and I will be porting my number soon too another network because of MTN being irresponsible!!
