BAD RESPONSE ON SERVICE ERRORS

Ive been with the MTN network for over 15 years. Yet again I am receiving the worst service ever. Ive got a Sky Lite contract with them which is really expensive and my bolt on data has not been working for three days after calling their call centre and escalating queries for three days in a row. As they deduct my money so easily every end of the month im going to cancel my debit order if that data should expire in January 2020. Expensive data and contracts but no real services. Sies!
