BAD RESPONSE FROM MTN BEACON BAY CLIENT SERVICES

Yesterday I had to visit MTN at Beacon Bay Retail park to ask to Rica my daughter's sim card that I bought online. I also needed them to do a sim swop so that my daughter would use he r old number on the contract phone BUT the ladies there were so rude and said I should have brought the phone there, instead of buying it online. They only RICA the card and said they can't do nothing about sim swop.
