Bad response

I experience bad coverage in the Aerorand suburb of Middelburg Mpumalanga. The matter was reported to MTN under reference ***. I received confirmation from MTN that the matter will be attended to. After no further response the matter was reported another five times. Still no response. In the meantime I still experience bad coverage and still pay for it. MTN owes an explanation to me and the public should be warned that MTN does not support this service after contracts are signed.
