Bad reputation for doing thints behind your back

MTN has charged me double the monthly amount since March. We have gone through steps to fix it by going through helloPeter once before but again it has happened. They say that the over limit amount that I put at 0 has been moved to unlimited. This was done without my authority as well. Due to the over charging I want to get a complaint out there because it keeps messing with my finances! If you can please help that would be highly appreciated!

Good day Roedolf,

Thank you for the post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Kindly be advised that the system shows that on the invoices dated 2016-09-10 for the cellphone numbers *** and *** there are no additional charges for data. The SUL (Subscriber Usage Limit) is still set at R0.

Please note that on the 2016-08-12 you were granted a credit of R373.92 that bought down the balance due to R619.60 which was paid on the 2016-08-31.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,

Peggy
