Bad reponse from emailsupport

I have been trying to sort out a roaming problem since December<br> When I roam i can make and receive calls, receive an sms but cannot send an sms.<br> I contacted support again and were told that all is fine.<br> I still cannot send sms's<br> In my email last week I asked then to please phone me while as i am roaming this week to check as calls from here cost R45 a minute and i wont cost them anything to call me.<br> I wanted then to call me to make sure it is workong<br> I have send a mail to them twice, replying to my original email but have had no response.<br> My email reference number id #***2.<br> Makes me sick that i have to deal with an *********** company like MTN.
