Bad Reception -AFTER reporting it 3 times -NO RESPONSE - NO SIGNAL!!!
<p>We had good signal in Hluhluwe for MTN - Now when I am in my house or outside - I dont even have one bar. I have reported it 3 times - No one has been here , or called to fix it. </p> <p>Not what do I do - we dont have telkom lines - i have a contract, cannot go over to vodacom. And we live on a farm. This is not exceptable. Even if it is one customer. You try and sort the problem out. We cannot even do anything on the internet. We also has so much storms in the past - Why dont they try and find out what the problem is. </p> <p> </p> <p>My friend reported her signal to vodacom - it was 2 days and they Vodacom was at their house - fixing there problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why cant MTN Sort this out -how do we phone for help if we are attacked with no signal on the farm. This is a are where we used to have full signal. - Please can someone do something - check the towers - may be something is not working correctly at our nearest tower.</p> <p>My account is almost R2500 a month - I spend a lot of money on MTN - Please at least fix out dignal problems - contact me on ********** 689.</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Maralieze</p>
