BAD PURCHASING OF INFERIOR PHONE

Purchased phones from MTN CAPE GATE on 12.2023. Please not buy a Honor P90 Lite. Face value looks nice. Very very inferior. Salesman promised me that for my application the perfect phone. Battery should last 2 days, if not used frequently upto 3 days!!!! Speaker quality bad. Cuts out voluntarily when accessing MTN Menu. Had seven days to get problem addressed at store. Still within seven days. I said it is inferior but of course signed a 3 year contract so do they really care. I informed salesman that I need a reliable phone, cannot be without phone. Now I need to bring phone in to have it checked, could take days.... Area manager was asked for exchange, no it was not happening. Wow MTN please do not promote bad phones to people with specific needs.
