Bad product
I have a renewed contract with mtn. The the quality of the mtn service in the past was ok. With the new contract I have to buy airtime in order to make international calls. The I said to the person renewing my phone and contract the I run a company that has 100% international suppliers and need to contact them regularly. I thought that I could change this stupid pay as you go at a later stage, but it seems I cannot. I need to migrate to another supplier, can any one assist? I still have a year left of my contract.

On the cell number we do pick up that international roaming and dialing service is active. Not sure why you have to buy airtime to make international calls if the service is active on the network.
