Bad / No service from call centre. -Useless
Call centre operators are rude and unhelpful. 20min call for some assistance turned into a nightmare and to no avail. This company needs to look deeply within itself and ask why are they there and do they understand the term service and customer. I will cancel my contract and pay to never hear from them again. There are I believe better operators out there.
