Bad news

It is almost 2years that we are in a dispute with MTN. It is of no use to contact their customer center. We had a credit limit on our account and when I realised there is something wrong our account was 3 times over wat the account credit limit was. They don't answer you questions. I don't know what to do. You speak to the layers and they say they will sort it out and than you hear for months nothing and then they sart with the hole story again.

What can we do.
