Bad Network Service

I have been experiencing bad internet connections from some time on your 4g and 3g network. It is so bad that I cant use my fone or LTE router during the day and only at night from 23.00. I pay a lot of money to use your products but I have decided to not renew my contracts with you because this problem has been going on for more than n year now and your not fixing the problem with your network.
