Bad network reception

In the area of Mazizini and Busingatha which is Bergville kwaZulu Natal, about 4 kilometers from The Royal National Park, we have been experiencing a network problem since December 04, 2019 till to date. We were hoping that your technicians will attend to this problem speedily but we are now going for almost a full month with this problem. When ever our friends and families are trying to call us, they are going on voicemail, we can't make calls either because our phones most of the time display NO NETWORK, EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY yet some of us are on contract with MTN, some even have rooters but none of this working. We couldn't even interact with our beloved ones this festive season and if this problem is not fixed some of the relationships or even marriages will fall apart. Can we have this problem sorted out as soon as possible because failing which we will port our numbers to other service providers who are serious about providing a better service to their subscribers, unlike you MTN because you are taking us for a ride. This is totally unacceptable. I am sure of that you will agree with me on that. A month without reception is too much.
