Bad network in Delmas

I have been using MTN for more than a decade and they were good but over the past 24 months their network is very bad we even spend 2 to 3 days without network and it’s not because of load shading because even if there’s electricity there’s no network and other networks keeps working even if there’s load shedding, imagine we have work and business to run and it’s very sad that we do pay for the services in full but we pay for service that we are not using especially in Delmas and surrounding areas. I’m left with nothing but to change to a better service provider MTN is ****. I called MTN several times to report the network issue but I’m always being told they’ll fix it but never. 😡😡
