Bad network coverage from MTN and be inconsiderate for their customers

Jabulani Heights in Soweto has not had network coverage for over a week and every time we call them we are told the the technicians are on site. Most of the people in complex are still working from home this such an inconvenience. We need this to be sorted by tomorrow morning .
