BAD NETWORK COVERAGE

my husband took out an mtn contract for laptop and we have been struggling for the past 2 years because there is always no network coverage and when I called mtn network people I asked them which tower are they drawing the signal from they said in what used to be goodhope college now is false bay there is a cellphone tower but I told them that its useless because we reside in litha park we are like 3 streets away from this tower but yet we cannot surf the internet if it goes through its not for long. our cellphones people tell us they've been trying to contact us but our phones are on voicemail and yet our phones are on the whole week including weekends. we have decided now to move to Vodacom maybe they have a better network coverage I have personally been an mtn customer for years but we are not happy. they only told my husband to buy the range extender or some device to pull the signal stronger and he refused because now he's done paying his contract last month and we've had enough of mtn's bad network. this person from their network division said no their technicians are busy working on the signal problem its been 2 years now.
