Bad mtn want to kill my reputation with debt
I am using a router i didn't pay 2 months,guess what now I received a message from mtn telling me I must pay clawback product fee of R4346 PLUS that 2 months i didn't pay.Apparently they say I was using a 24months contract wifi not monthly. But they charged me monthly 350. I wont damage my credit score via mtn,they will remove that clawback fee ,secondly they never speak about this when taking the product. I guess CLAWBACK fee it's a hidden clause. Stupid mtn won't pay that money and av already cancelled that wifi

I wont pay back before they check their call for recording if I did agree on 24 months contract or month to month I wont be played by mtn we talking money not sweets. If you not willing to solve the issue then I wont pay that hidden clause for Blackman. Clawback fee i wont pay.secondly I must pay for months you didn't even supply with data or wifi. Go get the calls recording as you always say call are recorded for reasons like this 1.F...k mtn maan

21 Apr 2026, 10:26Always Companies must take us for granted, they dont give us the full information about certain product all they do is to sell only, hide high profile information for us as customers then want us to take responsibility for their hidden bad business clauses. Mtn please get me the calls lets see if I didn't agree on contract or month to month and if I am guilty I will rot in jail or pay my account balance of 6000 as you say.But if I am not wrong I will charge you as well
