BAD MTN Service

I have app**** online for a MTN R249 month to month LTE service and was accepted. I received the router but my sim was never activated. I took the device back to an MTN store and asked for the service to be cancelled. No reply from MTN and the moneys keep on being deducted from my bank account. Very very very disappointed!!!!!!
