Bad MTN Service

First of all the WhatsApp app it's not user friendly. I've being requesting to be refunded since last week there's as I've paid manually and they debited me after that. I've sent all the docs. Got email saying my query is resolved but I haven't received my money yet. The customer service is horrible and doesn't seems to get better
