Bad mtn service

I ordered a home wifi plan with the network and it was delivered. Ewhen i was supposed to start using the wifi it kept disconnnecting andd when i called their customer help line they told me that the agent that was helping me with my application registered a wrong address so that the contract could be approved. I then received a call from one of the mtn agents and they asked if i was enjoying the router, immediately when i told her that im unhappy she hung up the call. I took back the router to the mtn shop im still waiting for the refrence number since i was told that the store doesn't do cancellations.
