Bad MTN service

My account was in arrears. I made the payment on Friday afternoon at about 14:30.

I understand that it could possibly take time to reactivate the numbers, but in the meantime I cannot reactivate my internet banking and because of that I cannot make payments.

Quick to take money, but slow to provide service.
