Bad MTN experience

I’ve been asking for a contract downward migration but they’re putting me on hold or sometimes tell me to go to the nearest store,at the store they tell me to call them…It’s been 3 months now,i don’t know how the payment got to R590 monthly coz I was supposed to pay R400??😡😡😡
