Bad MTN customer service!!!

On the 28th of April 2022, i called MTN customer services 5 times, and each time while speaking to a consultant the call was just dropped.

After the sixth time i had managed to speak to a consultant who eventually serviced my request by cancelling my MTN Data contract ***.

On the 3rd May i called to ascertain whether my contract was indeed cancelled and was told that it had NOT been cancelled on the ref: *** of the call that i had when i did do the cancellation, whereupon the call was again dropped.

I then wrote a complaint email to Bongi Moatshe. (*** ) MTN Head Office.

I still have NOT received any correspondence advising that my contract is cancelled.
