Bad Mtn customer service.

<p>On the 10th of September 2016 I gave my Samsung Note 5 in at Mossel Bay Mtn branch to fix my phone. After a month on collecting my phone the front part of my phone were loose and the ladies in the shop also agreed that my phone were not like that when I gave it in. After a month of waiting and asking about my phone the assitants in the shop told me that my phone was still lying in the shop safe. 28th of November 2016 I phone the supervisor Miss A. Abrahams to asked her what the delay with my phone is she told me that she will get back to me. After 3 or 4 days after I had to phone her she just told me to put a complain not really helping me. I wrote a letter to Mtn complaints management team on the 11December 2016 they just reply with an email that in 5 working days they will get back to me I`m still waiting for them. I decide to put a complain on Mtn social media site on 13 December a Mr Mapelo reply and told me that he will gave my complain to the relevant people to sort out. I`m still waiting for them to contact me. Last week I went back to the shop where my phone were and the assistants just told me that my phone is still lying in the safe as it is nothing. I`m still paying my contarct fee every month and it is almost 5 months that i`m not using my phone. It seems to me that Mtn is not worring about my problem. I asked the assitants in the shop for a deadlock letters it seems that they are not gonna fix my phone soon.</p>
