BAD MTN COVERAGE IN COUNTRY VIEW & THEY DONT CARE

I stay is country view in Midrand and there is little or no MTN Network coverage. I have been trying to get help from MTN and first I was told MTN Technicians are busy fixing the problem and there is a project they are busy with and that after that network is going to be fine. after months of this issue today when I call MTN they still say there is a 3G project being planned and after this will be better.<br> <br> No date when the project will start or finish and I asked the call centre agent many times but he did not have the details of the project and he told me there is nothing that can be done I will have to deal with my MTN Network coverage problem as is until they sort our the 3G. All aong I was thinking I am living in South Africa but MTN showed me the other side, poor network but charging us as customers high fees on their services. If I was not on contract with MTN i would port my number to another service provider. infact I am thinking of fighting this to terminate my contract.<br> <br> What must I do?
