Bad MTN coverage

Ive had bad coverage from 10 March 22, their coverage department and customer care does not give feedback and if they do they say the problem has been fixed, but the same night the problem is still there, several emails sent. Download speeds of only 1,4 or 1,6 Mbps, this is not acceptable. They ignore their loyal customers.
