Bad MTN Contract

I ordered a router on the 27th of March 2026 and it was finally delivered the 24th of April 2026. What is sad is that i paid a pro rata for March and full payment for April, only for the router to be delievered late. When the router finnaly got here it doesnt work, no internet access. When i call in, the say i have an amount due for May which i need to pay. Im cancelling the contract, i cant pay for something i havent used/unable to use
