Bad MOMO Service

I would like to complain about 2 branches in the East Rand Mall. I went to withdraw money stood in one line for over half an hour only to find out I cant withdraw my Momo balance. And then stood at the second store where I was told I could only draw R400 of which I know there was a float of R1000 why is it so difficult to draw the monies you need. It was a wasted trip and I was unable to purchase what I needed to with the little bit I could only get out. Makes this fantastic Momo service sound very inconvenient and every transaction charge is R15. I have tried to transfer money to my bank account but no joy is not working I am very unhappy
