Bad manners
I just received a call from a MTN representative offering me a promotion on data. I informed her politely that I was all set up with MTN and are not interested in any other products, where-after she just hanged up the phone without even saying good buy or thank you.<br> <br> I think this is very rude, unprofessional and puts MTN in a very bad light.<br> <br> We are existing MTN customers for more than ten years now and find this highly disrespectful and disappointing.
