BAD MANAGER APPOINTED

Two weeks ago we went to the MTN store at ABSA Square Nelspruit to stop my deceased father's account. We were standing in the queue for 45 min. My mother is 82 years of age, she was not offered to go first, as was indicated on a poster stuck to the door. In fact also not a chair to sit on. People were pushed in from behind, paying bribes to the security (I have photos to proof this) and were helped before us. When calling on the so-called Manager of the store to enquire as to why this is happening, advising him that we are going to report the matter, he told us he doesn't care, and that we can do what we want. He couldn't care less. What type of image does he portrait of your store? Needless to say, his account has still not be dealt with and has not been stopped. I will never visit your MTN Store at ABSA Square Nelspruit ever again.
