Bad Internet Connection

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from this company. I have been experiencing network issues since end of July. I have sent emails, called them and asked for assistance on their social media platform (Twitter) but I just get told the same answer ( The towers are working fine in your area or the technicians are busy working on the tower). The Internet issue is not affecting only me, apparently everyone in my area (Braamfischerville ext 14) is affected. We all logged calls but no assistance. When I called last week and today, I was told that my query is still opened with no estimated restoration time. This is really messing up with our work as we are working from home. Can someone please assist us !!! Thanks
