Bad insurance

Empty promises and lies it is.... I'm so disappointed with the service I recently received with the MTN insurance. I've made a claim for my laptop to be repaired but it was beyond repairs and was promised that it will be released. They've offered me a different laptop and assured me that it was in stock. So ever since then, I've been waiting for the laptop to be delivered within seven working days and it's been over three months. When calling for inquiries, one receives empty promises from the consultant who are very rude and refused to put you through to their supervisor. How do the work without a supervisor or team leader, then one gets threats that the call will be cut off. 😱 I'm so shocked and still without a laptop with more than 3 years of non claim contract with them.
