Bad, horrible customer service, with ********** activities, flaunting POPIA act

To MTNSA. It is with great disappointment that we have to take such measures of going to such platforms to voice out our frustration with you

I have 4 contracts with you and main being a SKY VIP. I don't feel my business is appreciated let alone being treated as a loyal customer, who's bringing close to R4000 on monthly basis.

I have two numbers that have been upgraded without my approval. *** and ***. I am been advised it done by external partner EMPOWERED OUTSOURCE I have never spoken to these people let alone knowing their existence.

I have requested a recording of this conversation which I have not received 3 weeks ago. I want those upgrades to be canceled and those two numbers to canceled off my account.

I have attempted to cancel *** but instead Precious Makhathini upgraded me. Which is another affliated out source service company, I have now come to realize. She had to cancel that upgrade after I realized what I asked for is not what has been done. Now I'm struggling to cancel that contract too, despite her saying she had reversed. Ref no. ***, ***

What do we have to do get the service that we pay for??

What it is the cost of trying to save cost by outsourcing to someone who does not understand the values that made us to be proud of MTN as a service provider? What is the reason to out source service? Should we not have been informed of such relationships? Is our information protected by yourselves from other parties as per POPIA act? I would like to speak to someone senior from MTN, not your external partners. I would like to have all my contracts cancelled with immediate effect and my details removed from your system.

Seeing the bad reviews against you on this platform with similar grievances I doubt there will be fruitful outcome on this matter, however if I don't get a prompt response on this matter I'll escalate the matter.
