BAD FIXED LTE SIGNAL. COMPLAING, BUT NO FEEDBACK OR INPROVEMENT

Both my cell contracts are with MTN. Both phones have very good signal at my house. Except when loadshedding, nothing we can do about that.

My complaint today is that i have a DSTV INTERNET ROUTER & SIM contract with FLTE. When installed the router the first time, i had 180mbs download speed for about a half hour. Now only 3 to 6mbs continued download speed. Moved and tested the router al over inside my house. I even tested the router on my house roof. No change. DSTV blames it on MTN SIGNAL. I contacted MTN customer care many times, but only with escalate and follow up promises. I dont know wat to do any more. Cant stream anything, only buffering, and a 24 month contract.
