Bad experience with MTN Mobile Plus.

Bad experience with MTN Mobile Plus. I ordered a wireless router from MTN Mobile Plus. The lady that helped me, assured that I will have internet coverage in my area. She promised me the delivery of the router will be in seven days. After three weeks and numerous calls I received the router delivered by DSV. After connecting the router, I discovered there is no MTN wireless coverage in my area. I contacted MTN on 8 October 2024, and asked to cancel the order and to collect the router. They promised to contact DSV to do a pickup of the router. On the 15 October 2024, ***, I called MTN Mobile Plus again concerning the router, as the contract can only be cancelled after they received the router. Again, they promised to contact DSV to do a pickup of the router. On 22 October 2024 I called MTN Mobile Plus again, do arrange for the pickup of the router, again they promised to contact DSV. No feedback from MTN or DSV. On 28 October 2024 I called MTN Mobile Plus again. Ref ***, again they said they will do the pickup of the router. MTN Mobile Plus has very bad service, Firstly, they **** to me about the coverage; then I waited for the delivery of the router, and now I battle to get the contract cancelled.
