Bad experience with MTN customer service

Mtn did me dirty I've had contact with them since 2019 but recently I'm having service canceled without any notification when I do follow up I'm told I'm in arrears if how I don't know because I pay on time I never missed any payment I pay on time even the statement and invoice they send to me doesn't show I owe them any sent but profile is suspended I can't access anything even my work. I'm so ****ed
