Bad experience

I have a contract with MTN for 4 years now I upgraded last year, I pay R1370 every months, 3 weeks back I got a call offering me an additional data of 1gb and 100 minutes for only R69 including vat.

So in total is R1439, which I was supposed to pay this month, but now my bill says I have to pay R1996 I don’t know what I’m being charged for.

I called mtn to ask, and the lady told me that I have to go the branch because she doesn’t see a statement for February.

I’m not happy because I won’t pay for what I don’t know and now, the debit order didn’t go through because my account doesn’t have that R1996.

I’m ****ed i trusted mtn but now they want to ****m me.
