Bad Experience @ MTN

I’ve paid for my mtn contract the past two months and is now October still it shows I did not pay.I did follow ups at MTzn Menlyn Maine and spoke to MTN service champion Sinenhlanhla Ngwenya but still there is no progress and no one is updating me with anything.
