Bad Experience and bad service and the technicians of MTN do not actually know their job. They should be educated more on their Wi-Fi devices because this is nonsense

I bought a WI-FI ROUTER at MTN and I have never used it as supposed, I have been paying but no connection no nothing, I have been speaking to different consultants and went to 2 MTN stores , the Garden Route and George Town MTN . I paid money for a sim card and I also paid for my instalment but still nothing is coming up, I want a refund and also the recordings for this nonsense so that I can actually deal with MTN, worst experience ever and I want a refund from them, all my money MTN took from me, I want it.
