Bad experience

Had a very bad experience with MTN. Call Centre not very helpful, empty promises made. I cancelled a contract about 5 days after taking it. The product was sold incorrectly to start of with. I ended up paying a contract for over 12 months that I never ever used. I was referred on multiple occasions to different people without any success, so disappointed.
