Bad experience

I have been paying my contract since last year, now they have taken me to credit collector and I don't understand why. The lady that was assisting me today did not even listen to what I have to say she was telling me that the account is no longer on MTN have to contact the collector, then can't help me and they can't track or see the payments that I have made since last year.
