Run and never trust MTN .

Had a month to month contract for only 25 days or less in August this year and 01-09 I cancelled due to sales agents **** about coverage just for a quick sale . Double installment taken on the few days I used this nonsense which I understand was for Pro rata and that months installment, September they took another installment. Meaning 3 installments taken for this nonsense. Everything was submitted for cancellation, I did everything they told me to do . Shock of my life early this month ,they now tried debiting R4998 and few cents . Called to enquire last weekend spoke to a guy who told me a error was made what not and confirmed everything will be fine and contract cancelled, but now I'm receiving threatening emails telling me I owe this R5000 and will affect my ITC what not, called again,spoke to another lady who sent an email to they back office which they rep**** telling me I need to send them the document that was signed at the MTN shop I took the 5g router too for cancellation, which don't understand why is that my job as they supposed to have this document sent to them by the MTN store when I cancelled.

One speaks to different people and hear different stories every time I call.

MTN South Africa please do not test my patience. I ran to the MTN store today and have emailed this documentation you guys requested.

Can this matter be sorted out asap , should I continue receiving threatening emails telling me I owe what not and should my ITC be affected for your team's negligence
