Bad cutsomer services and no resolution for my query

Called the MTN call center and ask about my account and I was transferred from one consultant to another. The 3rd consultant placed me on hold and dropped the call the second consultant's kids were busy shouting while she tells me to hold her system is loading then transfers me to another one ..the 1st one says she saw the payments but does not know why I my line is suspended
