Bad customers service
Yesterday I went to MTN in sunny park to enquire about my phone. There was on two consultants working,The other one was helping other customer and the other one \Tebogo"was just sitting playing with his phone with his friend not even caring to offer assistance to me. I waited there for about 20 min and still no help"
