Bad customer support.

Mtn refuses to give me my refund it deducted money from my account that I had already paid upfront. After a contract upgrade I really regretted upgrading with them I sent them their required documents 3 days ago. To their Back Office support and I have Two references to support my allegations but still they fail to pay me or follow up on my payment.
