Bad customer sevice!
I currently have 3 contracts with Mtn. 2 cellphones and a tablet. My one contract was due for an upgrade of which I decided not to upgrade but rather migrate it from contract to prepaid. The process was somewhat tedious as I could only call to migrate on a certain date which was I was told was the 16th of October. On the 16th
